Lead Engineer

to join our growing team in

HMRC East Kilbride, Queensway House, Stewartsfield Way, East Kilbride, G79 1AA

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a skilled team of HVAC and Electrical technicians Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance Diagnose and fix faults to keep critical systems running smoothly Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across all engineering activity Manage CAFM data, reports, and call-out rota Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

What You'll Bring:

NVQ Level 4 or higher in Engineering (or equivalent) Proven experience in building services and team leadership Strong working knowledge of H&S and engineering standards Confident using CAFM and Microsoft Office tools Clear communication, problem-solving, and planning skills Driving licence required.
