Lead Engineer (Electrical)

Lead Engineer or Electrical Engineer or Building Services Engineer

We're recruiting for an Electrically qualified Lead Engineer with a minimum of level 3 qualification.

The position is a static role, on our clients residential site located on the north bank of the River Thames at Millbank, SW1P, Riverwalk enjoys a prominent location in central London with easy access to Vauxhall and Pimlico stations.

Responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional PPM and reactive maintenance service works to one of London's most distinctive buildings, providing our clients with outstanding value and customer service through great communication, reassurance, and high-quality standards of work at all times.

This position is Days only, 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri.

General Duties:

PPM and Reactive works on Lighting, LV Switchgear, AHU's, FCU's and more. Fault finding and rectification (Electrical bias) Coordinate, lead and own your work. Document control - reporting, logs via CAFM System. Experience of Facilities maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment Including: boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable) Knowledge of and experience in BMS/ Generator/Controls/Lighting Systems/ACOPS L8 - desirable*

Qualifications and Experience requirements:

Level 3 Electrical C&G/NVQ or equivalent - essential. Experience in document control, reporting, logs etc. Client interaction / client facing experience/skills. Excellent communication, verbally and written.
