Lead Engineer

Reporting to the on-site lead engineer. The business is looking for a highly experienced Building Services Engineer with a high level of HVAC maintenance knowledge that can follow process and procedures to deliver Reactive and Planned Maintenance to a highly prestigious site.


The role will also require the management of Specialist Contractors and communication with the building management team. The maintenance responsibilities are for all Landlord Services, though there will be occasions whereby you will have to work within tenant areas. The role will require 50% of time to be completing works with 50% managing a small team and communicating with the on-site building management.


Key Responsibilities:



To deliver and manage PPM to SFG20 in line with contract SLA's Complete reactive / Quoted tasks within SLA. Update the CAFM system. Keeping the building manager informed of any works or issues. Management of Specialist contractor's access and permits. Maintain warranty and observations log. To ensure the team maintains a positive, smart & professional presence. Deliver site meetings on a weekly basis.

This prestigious mixed development of buildings. The development includes high end / high spec residential, commercial office space and retail units. The buildings environment is provided by a centralized energy center and roof top plant.

Hours of Work:




40 hours per week - Core hours 08:00-17:00


Essential Skills & Qualifications:



To be professional, courteous, and supportive always. Excellent HVAC knowledge is essential. Strong communicator Customer focused. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office ACOP L8 Competent LV AP City & Guilds Level 3 - Electrical Installations City & Guilds Level 3 - Inspection & Testing
