Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications and services for critical Wealth Management processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve development workflows.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



Design, develop, implement and support automation solutions on a low code automation technology platform, both UI and backend. When necessary, develop actions, helpers, etc. in associated software development kit (SDK) which conform to the low code automation platform to assist with the above. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors / suppliers to ensure tasks are completed as appropriate in order to meet key milestones outlined in the deployment project plan and product roadmap. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver user-centric solutions. Utilise any available software and tooling to facilitate the DevOps work and capture timelines and information associated to Tikker deployment projects, e.g., MS Project, Jira, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, etc. Produce documentation in an agreed format to assist with the delivery of automation solutions Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Proven experience in system design, software development, or a similar role.

Essential Skills



Languages: Python, C# (.Net), JavaScript Relational Databases: PostgreSQL / SQL Frameworks / Concepts: API (Application Programming Interface), React, .NET Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP (preference Azure) DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes Testing Frameworks: Selenium, Postman Version Control: Git (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket) CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps Data handling; cleaning, wrangling, and transforming structured and unstructured data

Desirable Skills



RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI integration MongoDB, MariaDB experience Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards Secure coding principles / Security by design

Soft Skills



Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration abilities Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 70,000.00-90,000.00 per year
