In this role, youll oversee all MEP, HVAC, fire/life safety, and energy systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability. Youll implement preventive maintenance programs, manage BAS/EMS systems, and lead troubleshooting and improvement initiatives.
Youll act as the main contact for all engineering matters, supporting audits, reporting, and maintaining strong, proactive client relationships. Youll also supervise multi-skilled engineers and contractors, ensuring safety, quality, and professional development across the team.
Youll manage vendors, inspections, and maintenance inventories, while supporting budgeting, expenditure tracking, KPI reporting, and statutory compliance. This is an on-site role within a premium Class A office environment, occasionally requiring out-of-hours or weekend work.
