Lead Football Coach - Youth Academy | Part-Time

Locations: Herts & Essex (Bishop's Stortford, Cheshunt, Enfield, Ware)

Hours: Evening sessions + Saturday mornings

Pay: 20-30/hour (based on experience & qualifications)

Start Date: Immediate & for 2025/26 Junior Premier League Season

About Us

Bows Soccer Academy is one of the region's leading youth football environments, delivering high-level, development-focused coaching to players aged 5-16 across Hertfordshire and Essex. We're growing fast, with six elite teams entering the Junior Premier League for the 2025/26 season and multiple thriving development centres.

We are now recruiting FOUR experienced, high-standard Lead Coaches to take charge of weekday sessions and Saturday matchday teams.

This is NOT a starter role - we're looking for coaches who deliver with authority, clarity, and technical detail.

The Role

Lead training sessions (U9-U15) during weekday evenings Coach and manage your own team in the Junior Premier League (Saturday mornings) Work closely with our senior team to uphold professional standards Be a role model for players, parents, and assistant coaches Help support session planning, team development, and long-term progression
What We're Looking For

FA Level 2 / UEFA C (minimum) UEFA B preferred for U13-U15 roles Proven experience with 7v7, 9v9, or 11v11 formats Confident communicator with a strong coaching presence Committed to delivering consistent, detailed, high-intensity sessions Able to work at least 2 weekday evenings + Saturday mornings
Bonus Points For

Previous coaching in JPL, academy, or high level grassroots environment Ability to mentor assistants or lead younger centre sessions Willingness to grow with us long-term as the academy expands
