Here at Better Health Insurance Advice, we have a fantastic opportunity for results driven and customer focused Lead Generation Agents to join the team based in our offices in the very heart of Bournemouth. You will join us in a full time, permanent position, working 39 hours per week - 9.15am-7pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-1pm on Fridays. Part-time hours will also be considered.Youwill receive a basic starting salary of 18,000-19,000 per annum, with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus.   • Generate high quality B2C leads
  • Generate consented leads for call backs in the future
  • Achieve/exceed Lead Generation targets and productivity expectations
  • Ensure excellent call quality to minimise decay rates of data
  • Accurately maintain customer records
  • Ensure process and market knowledge is up to date
  • Adhere to Regulatory requirements, Company processes & guidelines and best practice
What are we looking for?Essential

  • Insurance or other Financial Services knowledge
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment
