My client are a well-renowned brand, offering unified communications, for small to medium sized businesses. They are looking for a sales development representative/inside sales/lead generation executive, to join a very successful team, based in Kingston upon Thames. Salary \xc2\xa322-26k + OTE \xc2\xa335k year 1, \xc2\xa350k OTE year 2 (uncapped commission).

What does the role look like?
To prospect for new business from a mixture of self-generated outbound, inbound, CRM, or marketing passed leads. The employer is looking for confident individuals with previous B2B sales experience, they should already be proactive in generating new business and up selling to existing business. Candidates who are hungry, driven, and naturally passionate about technology will excel within this position!

  • Previous B2B sales experience in an outbound setting.
  • Technology/Telecoms/SaaS/IT experience (desirable)
  • Be driven, ambitious, hungry, and resilient.
  • Have high energy and be competitive.
  • Enjoy and contribute to an energetic/fun environment.
  • Be able to think outside the box and have flexible skills.
  • Be a great communicator at all levels
  • Be able to work collaboratively within a team of mixed skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify business opportunities, selling a full range of products and services including Broadband, Mobiles and Cloud services, telephone and cloud-based systems.
  • You will identify and create opportunities/appointments for the senior business development managers, and field-based sales team to close
  • Work towards monthly KPIS/targets
  • While contacting existing clients, a large proportion of the role will be working to build the base of clients, by contacting and acquiring new business with the full support of a trusted database.
