We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business leads for our client through various channels, including telemarketing and CRM software. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team by ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads, ultimately contributing to the growth of our client's business.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Utilise software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
Identify potential clients through research and networking, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospects.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target markets and refine lead generation strategies.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events, nurturing relationships until they are ready for conversion.
Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to enhance the lead generation process.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English,
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
