Job Summary



We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support the continued growth of our B2B sales pipeline. This role is vital to identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing early-stage prospects, and driving interest in our industry-leading LED lighting solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in outbound prospecting and B2B engagement--preferably within the lighting, electrical, or construction industries--and will thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

UltraLEDs is a leading B2B supplier of high-quality LED lighting, specialising in commercial and high-end retail installations. Known for innovation, customer focus, and bespoke solutions, we serve clients across multiple sectors including events and immersive experiences, film/TV/theatre, electrical contracting, signage, and display.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and trade platforms to generate qualified leads. Build and manage a pipeline of potential B2B clients in key sectors including electrical contracting, design and build, events, signage, and retail. Research companies and decision-makers to identify new opportunities and map customer needs. Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and effective questioning, preparing them for handover to the sales team. Maintain detailed records of prospecting activity and lead status. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Marketing to optimise campaigns and ensure consistent messaging. Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and virtual meetings to support lead generation efforts. Provide regular feedback to the commercial team on lead quality, campaign performance, and market trends.

About You



Proven experience in a lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or similar role (B2B preferred). Confident and clear communicator with excellent interpersonal and listening skills. Motivated by results and comfortable with outbound outreach targets. Ability to understand technical product features and match them to customer needs. Organised and self-sufficient, with strong time management and attention to detail. A background or interest in lighting, electrical supplies, or B2B environments is advantageous.
