We are currently seeking a motivated Lead Generator Specialist to join our vibrant team in Preston Brook, Runcorn.
Role Overview:
As a Lead Generator Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our service and maintenance agreements. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, building a pipeline of quality leads that will contribute to our ongoing success. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and market opportunities.
Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients while promoting the benefits of our service and maintenance agreements.
Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition to further sales qualifications.
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead interaction in our CRM system.
Assist in creating and implementing lead generation campaigns to improve our outreach efforts.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, but not essential.

Previous Sales or High Quantity Calling experience is required.
Previous experience in Facilities Management would be helpful but not a necessity.
