GetCrisp are a full stack digital marketing agency built up of digital marketing experts, web developers and software developers based in Lewes just outside of Brighton. We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our team.

As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will drive the creative vision and execution of all design work across web, digital, and print. You'll lead by example, producing high-quality designs, setting standards, mentoring other designers, and ensuring consistency across all client touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

: Lead and contribute to the design of websites, social media campaigns, sales collateral, and other marketing materials.

Brand Development

: Create and evolve brand guidelines for clients, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Creative Direction

: Collaborate with account managers, developers, and content teams to translate briefs into effective design solutions.

Quality Control

: Oversee the output of junior designers, providing feedback, reviews, and quality assurance to maintain high standards.

Project Management

: Balance multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Innovation

: Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and cutting-edge creativity to our work.

Requirements

5+ years of professional graphic design experience, including web and print. Proven experience leading creative projects and overseeing design teams. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and similar tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work including websites, social media campaigns, branding, and brochures. Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high design standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to clients and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment. Basic animation or motion design skills. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
