Lead Graphic Designer

to

cover maternity leave

, leading our in-house design team and driving the creation of high-impact visual content across global marketing initiatives.

Please note: This is a fixed-term position (16-month maternity cover)

Key Job Responsibilities:



The responsibilities of the

Lead Graphic Designer

consist of, but are not limited to:

Lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering collaboration and creativity Manage the production of all marketing content -- from concept to delivery Oversee internal and external creative resources, ensuring brand consistency Act as a brand champion, upholding design standards across global teams Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and digital teams to deliver compelling assets Drive studio efficiency through process improvements and project management

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:



Proven experience in graphic design leadership and content creation Strong illustrative experience (preferred) Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines GCSE or equivalent in English or Maths (Grade C or above) Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with real impact Lead creative projects that shape customer experience
