The Role

As Lead Gymnastics Coach, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of our gymnastics program. You will be responsible for leading sessions, mentoring junior coaches, and working closely with Management to ensure high standards of coaching and safety are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality gymnastics sessions for recreational and competitive athletes Lead and inspire a team of assistant and junior coaches Develop personalized training programs for gymnasts Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all participants Maintain accurate records of progress and attendance Help with coach development and training within the club

Requirements:

Level 2 (or higher) gymnastics coaching qualification (British Gymnastics or equivalent) Proven experience coaching a range of ages and abilities Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Up-to-date Enhanced DBS check First Aid and Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete) Must be able to commit to full-term.
Start Date: W/C 8th September.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 13.00-17.50 per hour
