We are seeking 3 teams for scheme through south West wales,with drainage kerbing concrete finishing etc experience and ev ducting works immediate start fir right candidate and no agency sorry

a skilled and motivated Lead Hand/ganger,ground worker and 360 op to work in a 3 man team on site around south west wales.van supplied to a gang of 3, As a Lead Hand,ganger you will be responsible for guiding a team, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimising workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of production workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Operate machinery Conduct materials handling tasks, Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards of workmanship. Provide training and support to grounworkers willing to learn, and basic maths skills relevant to production tasks. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows. Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a ground works civils background must have cscs ,streetworks and sssts an advantage Strong knowledle and can manage any issues effectively. Familiarity with civils kerbing etc highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when required. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. A proactive approach to safety practices within the workplace.
