Full-Time | Senior Leadership Position

The Cosmetic College is seeking a

Lead IQA & Senior Educator

to act as the right-hand to our Head of Centre, supporting, developing, and leading our educator team while upholding exceptional teaching and quality assurance standards.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and forward-thinking leader who has:

Level 2-5 Beauty & Aesthetic qualifications

Strong understanding of advanced treatments

Injectable experience

(dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle, skin boosters) - Level 7 highly advantageous*
Experience mentoring or leading tutors Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail A commitment to high teaching standards, compliance, and learner success

Role Overview

This is a hybrid teaching and leadership role, including:

Acting as the

second in command

to the Head of Centre

Leading and supporting tutors

across multiple disciplines Conducting

internal quality assurance (IQA)

Ensuring full compliance with awarding bodies and Ofqual requirements Delivering high-quality teaching sessions in both beauty and aesthetics Supporting curriculum development and training innovation
