Bespoke Spaces is a growing, design-led joinery business creating high-end, bespoke fitted furniture and interiors across Cheshire. We're proud of our craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail.

About the role:

We're recruiting a Lead Joiner to take ownership of our workshop and installations. You'll lead a small team of joiners, plan and deliver bespoke projects, and ensure everything runs smoothly from build to installation.

You will:

Lead day-to-day workshop activity and installations. Mentor a small team (3 joiners) and uphold quality standards. Work hands-on to deliver bespoke fitted furniture. Solve problems, plan work, and communicate clearly.

You have:

Proven experience in bench joinery and installation. The ability to read drawings and work accurately. Leadership or mentoring experience. A proactive, positive attitude and pride in your work.
