The Role



We are looking for a

Lead Localisation & Digital Platform Delivery Manager

to take ownership of multilingual localisation and digital platform delivery across client products and services supported by Readdle Labs.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and operating scalable localisation workflows, managing digital content across platforms, and supporting global product launches for client teams. You will work closely with client Product, Engineering, and Design stakeholders, as well as internal delivery teams and external vendors, to ensure high-quality, technically accurate, and culturally relevant localisation at scale.

You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and play a key role in shaping how localisation and internationalisation are delivered across our client portfolio.

What you will do



You will lead end-to-end localisation and internationalisation delivery across client applications, websites, marketing assets, and app store platforms. You will design, maintain, and optimise localisation standards, workflows, quality metrics, and linguistic guidelines across multiple languages and platforms. You will manage technical localisation workflows, including CMS and admin panel updates, export and import of source and localised content, and publishing to production environments. You will oversee app store operations on behalf of client product teams, including release notes, app listings, metadata, artworks, and editorial submissions across the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Microsoft Store. You will coordinate multilingual releases and global launches, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment. You will track, analyse, and report on the performance of localised digital content and platforms. You will manage and develop internal localisation specialists and coordinate external translators and vendors. You will lead the use of Translation Management Systems (TMS) and AI-assisted translation workflows to improve scalability, quality, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the client Product, Engineering, and Design teams, as well as internal delivery stakeholders, to align localisation with development and release cycles. You will also support additional client-facing localisation needs, including brand, HR, and internal communications, where required.

About you



Proven experience managing localisation, internationalisation, or multilingual digital delivery in a technology-driven or professional services environment. Strong hands-on experience working with digital platforms, CMS tools, Translation Management Systems (TMS), and AI-assisted translation workflows in production. Demonstrated experience delivering multilingual releases for software products, mobile applications, or SaaS platforms at scale. Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and delivery timelines simultaneously. Confidence working in a client-facing environment and coordinating effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners. Professional working proficiency in English, French, and Ukrainian (all three required), with additional languages considered an advantage.
Nice to have experience includes ASO and SEO localisation, supporting brand, HR, or internal communications localisation initiatives, and working with mobile apps, SaaS products, or digital marketplaces.

Work Arrangement & Eligibility



This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role, based at our London office, with regular in-person collaboration required. The position is not remote or hybrid. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, or be eligible to obtain the right to work in the UK.
