The Role




As a central force in our sales operations and business development, you play a vital role in ensuring the UK business continues to grow and exceed expectations. Your proactive mindset, precision, and drive to bring new clients into the business, will be fundamental in growing our client base in the UK. You're not just supporting the process--you're helping shape it.

Key Responsibilities



Generating leads, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development & the wider business. Collating industry information, refining our approach to prospective clients and creating a successful lead generation system. Competitor research, feeding back onto the UK and Group businesses, ensuring we are staying ahead of our competition. Cold calling and other lead generation activities. Proactively researching and contacting prospects. Maintaining high-quality customer data in the CRM system, enabling accurate reporting and efficient customer engagement. Continuous feedback to our marketing teams, ensuring we are maximising the potential of our campaigns.

Requirements



We're looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with a sharp mind and a touch of wit--someone who brings both structure and energy to the team. A proactive mindset, actively driving the pipeline creation element for the UK business. Excellent organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to prioritize effectively and committed to going the extra mile when needed Previous experience in a sales role, with a passion for creating clarity and structure Proficient in Microsoft Office; large experience with CRM systems Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
