The role
We are seeking a Lead Marketing Scientist to drive advanced measurement strategies and deliver actionable insights that shape marketing decisions and business growth. This is a senior role with significant influence on strategic planning and innovation.
What will you do as a Lead Marketing and Data Scientist at N Brown?
Strategic Leadership: Develop holistic measurement frameworks and learning agendas that guide our marketing investments and influence executive decision making.
Data Analysis: Analyze data from diverse sources (ad performance, user behavior, market trends) to uncover actionable insights.
Modeling & Experimentation: Build and maintain predictive models, apply causal inference techniques, and design experiments (e.g., conversion lift studies) to measure true impact.
Optimization: Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI and profitability.
Market Mix Modelling: analysing historical marketing and sales data to quantify the impact of different marketing channels and tactics on business performance, helping optimize budget allocation and forecast ROI.
Collaboration: Partner with trade, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align measurement efforts and deliver efficient marketing campaigns
Reporting & Storytelling: Create dashboards, reports, and compelling narratives that translate complex analytics into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
