What will you be doing?




The post holder will successfully deliver multiple marketing campaigns and events in line with our charitable objectives and the business plan to ensure that brand presence is maximised, and objectives are met.


Co-ordinating and delivering marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with the NEBOSH brand, set objectives and NEBOSH strategy Working with the Manager and wider Marketing and Communications team in the delivery of our events programme with a particular focus on international events both online and in person Planning, developing and implementing effective promotional campaigns, to generate and maintain quality sales leads Managing campaign and event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money Creating and adapting content for multiple channels including email, social media and events Collaborating with business development colleagues to develop sales support materials that enable them to effectively sell the company's products and services Monitor and report on campaign and event performance, making recommendations for continuous improvements





What do you need?




3-5 years in marketing and/or event management Proven track record of planning, executing, and delivering engaging and effective campaigns and both national and international events (end-to-end) Stakeholder management, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with people of all levels across regional/global geographies Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners Demonstrable success in campaign/event effectiveness and value-for-money reporting





You will be:




A creative, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, a collaborative and 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.




Ideally you will have:




Degree-level qualification in Marketing/Event Marketing or other similar professional qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
