Job Description
Ensuring that the standards and quality of care given are maintained to a high standard. Have responsibility in ensuring that patients and users are involved in their care. Providing visible evidence that their feedback is used to maintain standards or implement improvements that have a positive effect on their care. Be an effective leader and role model, providing regular direct clinical care, in addition to ensuring effective use of non-clinical time to support the implementation of both clinical and non-clinical governance, facilitating the modernisation of patient services.
