About the Role:

As the Lead Nurse on nights, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our residents care and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care within our home. This position requires a dedicated professional who possesses strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of clinical practices. You will collaborate with our Home Manager and care teams to enhance patient outcomes, mentor nursing staff, and implement best practices in patient care.

Who We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of anatomy to effectively assess and manage patient conditions. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in supervising nursing teams. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in using electronic health record systems for documentation purposes.
