We are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Paediatric Nurse with outstanding skills and knowledge, and a passion for excellence, to Lead our Level 2 Critical Care Agenda as we develop our MDT , environment, infrastructure and IT system to ensure the CYP requiring Level 1 and 2 Critical Care within our organisation receive outstanding care and patient experience during there journey with us.

To work effectively and efficiently as part of the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
To assist in setting up a Level 2 Critical Care. as well as training and competencies for nursing and medical staff and healthcare assistants.
The post holder will actively promote and contribute to inter-professional learning activities across the Division and Trust wide and be an effective role model for best practice nursing.
Working across the ICS and Critical Care pathways to support flow of patients
Facilitate discharge planning from admission, attending MDT meetings and discharge planning/social care meetings.
Admission avoidance in the community
Data collection procedure to ensure reliability and completeness
