We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Nurse who will help us make a difference, supporting adults with profound disabilities at our home in Hastings. You will be a qualified nurse with a current registration and experience in a home care setting. You will need a good eye for detail, be confident with care plans and clinical paperwork and enjoying working with others to lead in making sure clinical and social care needs are planned, recorded, and updated. You will also work one day a week in the role of nurse, leading a team to deliver excellent, person-centred care.
Hours of work will be 34.5 hours per week. This will consist of working one long day on shift as a nurse and three seven-hour admin shifts. Days and times to be agreed with the management team, and according to the needs of the rota.
Salary 20.76 per hour
The successful applicant will support the organisation through the promotion of the health and wellbeing of residents by providing compassionate care and excellent clinical skills while providing clinical-based support to the management team; as well as supporting and guiding the nurse team.
