We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Lead Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality patient care whilst leading and supporting our dedicated primary care nursing team.

What's the role?

You will lead, manage and deliver a range of practice nursing services and be accountable for the nursing team on a day-to-day basis You'll foster a learning environment, supporting the training and development of the nursing team You'll lead on ensuring the nursing services are compliant with CQC and other regulatory authority's requirements You'll champion and lead quality improvement initiatives within the nursing service
The Unity Practice is run by Suffolk GP Federation CIC, a not-for-profit community interest company.

Contract specifics

This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday based across the Unity sites: Haverhill, Long Melford and Lavenham. Travel between sites will be necessary.

You'll need to be a registered nurse, with valid NMC registration and evidence of up-to-date practice You'll need proven experience of working in primary care You will need experience in managing a team.
