The role:
Provide senior clinical leadership and operational oversight for Occupational Therapy services delivered within Pace's commissioned school provision.
The Lead Occupational Therapist - Commissioned Services will ensure the delivery of a high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy service that is clinically robust, contract-compliant, and aligned with Pace's strategic, governance, and quality frameworks.
This role requires confident professional leadership within externally commissioned environments, balancing collaborative working with schools while maintaining clear professional boundaries, clinical authority, and accountability.
This role is aligned with the Pace Occupational Therapy Competency Framework (Bands 3-7). The post holder is expected to consistently demonstrate Band 7 (Advanced Practice) competencies, including leadership, supervision, clinical governance, quality improvement, and reflective practice.
What You Bring
HCPC registered OT with strong paediatric experience
Advanced skills in sensory processing, postural management, equipment and participation frameworks
