At Ascendancy Partnership Trust, our mission is to provide the best possible education and therapeutic support for children and young people with additional complex needs both in special and mainstream schools.



As a newly developing Therapies Hub, we aim to provide high-quality, student-centred therapeutic services that are seamlessly integrated into everyday school life and curriculum.



As our Lead Occupational Therapist, you will work alongside senior leaders and teachers with expertise in learning difficulties, autism and SEMH to create an optimum learning environment in a specialist education Trust. You will use your skills to lead and implement the development of the OT service across the Trust.



Reporting to the Head of Therapy Hub, you will operationally plan and deliver the Occupational Therapy service, providing support to our teaching staff. You will also lead on providing clinical supervision for our growing OT team.



Along with your degree level professional qualification and HCPC registration, you will use your leadership experience to work collaboratively to help deliver integrated therapeutic support in Trust schools as part of an outstanding joined-up service.
