Our Commercial Insurance Team at DWF are currently seeking a Paralegal to join the team in Manchester.



The Commercial Insurance team work with a prestigious client base and handle a varied caseload of complex insurance property related disputes including, third party property damage (TPPD), product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries.


Responsibilities:
Assisting senior team members with a varied caseload of property casualty, property damage, product liability and subrogated recovery cases. Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices. Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. Developing your technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practices.

What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential

Prior experience handling an insurance property related caseload, including experience in all or some of the following: third party property damage, product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries, motor recoveries. The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, whilst working to strict deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully assess files and sensitive data. Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A self-motivated individual who can also effectively coach and develop others within the team.
