Lead People Partner

to build our world-class team, shape our culture, scale our people operations, and support our mission. You'll work closely with executive leaders to drive people strategy, deliver exceptional employee experiences, and build the foundations for long-term growth, owning all people and culture initiatives. This is a high-impact individual contributor role combining strategic influence with hands-on execution.

Director of Operations

You'll be responsible for:



People Ops: Own all day-to-day people operations and administrative activities relating to employee lifecycle. Collaborating with our Senior Recruiter on referencing and right-to-work checks. Systems: Ensure that our HRIS (HiBob) is fully up-to-date and accurate. Optimise existing systems and evaluate new alternatives. Employee Relations (ER): Advise on and manage complex ER cases; coach Executive Leaders and uphold best practices. Talent Planning and Inclusion: Co-lead headcount planning; advise on scaling, hiring strategies. Embed equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives into everyday workflows. Learning & Development: Own and deliver career development programs tailored to bespoke business needs; champion a learning culture. Maintain performance pathways across all teams. Culture & Engagement: Lead employee engagement strategy; help scale a mission-driven, inclusive culture that prioritises physical and mental wellbeing. Own the monthly socials and summer/Christmas parties. People Analytics: Deliver insights and dashboards with recommendations to the business; inform planning with finance colleagues & Executive Leadership Team. Policies & Process: Maintain and evolve compliant, scalable people policies. Supporting information security audits and investor reporting. You're an experienced People professional with a strong technical background, adept at advising senior leaders and navigating complex HR challenges with confidence and discretion. You approach HR with an engineering mindset; creative, systematic, and data informed. Enabling you to drive strategic decisions and optimise people operations effectively. Your experience spans the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a proven ability to scale HR processes in dynamic, high-growth environments. You're committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive culture, embedding diversity, equity, and wellbeing into everyday practices, and creating a hybrid workplace where everyone can bring their true selves to work. You value balance and flexibility, recognising the importance of personal well-being while striving for excellence in your professional role.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Professional certifications in HR (CIPD, etc.) Experience with common HRIS systems (e.g. HiBob)
