Key Duties Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to the nursing team. Undertake one-to-one reviews and support professional development. Deliver high-quality clinical care across chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and health promotion. Oversee infection prevention and control within the practice.
Develop, implement, and review clinical protocols and participate in audits and quality improvement. Collaborate with GPs, healthcare assistants, and the wider team to ensure safe, patient-centred care. Please see attached for further details
