We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Practitioner to join our team in providing high quality care and education to children aged 0-2. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in early childhood education and leadership, with a passion for nurturing young minds.
This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, children, and parents to create a positive learning environment.
Duties
Lead and supervise a team of practitioners in delivering high-quality childcare and educational experiences.
Develop and implement engaging opportunities that promote children's learning and development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and support.
Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development.
Qualifications
Background in early childhood education with relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 4, working towards level 4 or above).
Experience working with children in a nursery: more then 2 years preferred.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development, both indoors and outside.
