Lead Pre-School Coach

Huntingdon Gymnastics Club is looking to recruit a Lead Early-Years Gymnastics Coach in a part time or full-time position. The Lead Early Years Coach will be responsible for the planning, delivery and development of the club's Early Years Programme.


This is an essential role within the club and the successful candidate will be key to the club continuing to provide high quality gymnastics to our local community.

The Role

The successful candidate will be required to provide:


Plan, deliver and develop the club's Early Years Programme To organise and run the Early Years Gymnastics programme of Pre-School and Baby Gym classes at Huntingdon Gymnastics Club. To liaise with the Club Manager to agree a Club based programme of work for any remaining hours that are not used for preschool coaching. To ensure that holiday programmes and timetables of work are agreed with the Club Manager at least 6 weeks in advance.

Annual salary Full Time will be 30,500 40 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday) Annual Salary Part Time will be 15,250, 20 hours per week over 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday). Relocation Package available for full time applicants. 33 days of annual leave (including bank holidays). Opportunities to develop coaching skills through weekly internal staff training clinics lead by our senior coaching team. Funded British Gymnastics coaching courses with mentoring support from our coaching team. An opportunity to inspire and nurture the next generation of gymnasts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate would hold at least a level 2 British Gymnastics Coaching Qualification and will have completed the Pre-School Coaching Qualification. An ability to adapt their coaching style to a range of ages and abilities is essential. The successful candidate will have experience of planning and delivering coaching sessions. The coach will also have experience of leading a team of coaches providing mentoring and support.
