NFU Mutual\xe2\x80\x99s growing Pricing Department are delighted to share an exciting, brand-new opportunity to become part of the Commercial Pricing team in the role of Lead Pricing Analyst.

As a Lead Pricing Analyst, you will be a technical role model, using your knowledge of general insurance pricing disciplines to influence and deliver on department projects, including working towards ambitious Commercial growth targets outside of the farming community. This will include extracting, checking, monitoring and analysing data; identifying underlying performance trends and areas of opportunity in order to drive performance, impact change and achieve wider business objectives.

Through utilising pricing techniques, software skills and industry experience you will add to enhancing of the team\xe2\x80\x99s technical capability and will help ensure the effective development and delivery of accurate prices for our customers.

This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. About you

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a Pricing professional with some recent experience working within a UK general insurance environment. You will be confident using Microsoft Excel and ideally have had exposure to Radar and/or SQL software. Experience of optimisation techniques is desirable.
An excellent team player, you will have a collaborative approach and superb interpersonal skills. You will be able to convey technical information efficiently to audiences with varying levels of technical skills.
