Our products are produced using traditional techniques to ensure an unrivalled quality for our discerning client base.
We are currently looking for a Production Scheduler to join our team. This role is to provide operational support to the Operations Manager and organise day-to-day workflow to fulfil sales orders, and meet planned despatch deadlines efficiently, flexibly and within budget. You must have a positive 'can-do' approach and be keen to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Collaborating closely with internal and external customers ensuring seamless processing of stock orders, maximising product availability
Review and allocate material requirements using internal company systems, assessing forward requirements, troubleshooting regularly and re-order processing where necessary
Producing regular production and despatch schedules to meet company and client deadlines, reporting, and keeping internal customers up to date on current and forward production data and information
Initiating purchase orders with approved suppliers relating to specific job requirements, and following up where necessary
Acting as the first point of contact for all scheduling and stock enquiries and assisting with technical support requirements
Providing up-to-date analysis of KPI reporting and trends to leaders within the company
Contributing to weekly production meetings and to a culture of continuous improvement
Other delegated duties as required
The ideal candidate:
Proven track record in a similar role
Strong administrative, written, and verbal communication skills
Detail orientated with a high attention to accuracy
Intermediate to advance in MS Office with a high level of literacy, numeracy, and organisation
Self-motivated with integrity and the ability to lead by example
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and contribute
A flexible approach to meet the needs of the team and the customer
Positive, pro-active 'can do' approach

Hours of Work:
37.5 per week, 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday including 30 mins unpaid for lunch.
