Lead Project Manager

Location: Bristol with regular travel to Germany (1 week on 2 weeks off)

Salary: 90,000-98,000

Must be eligible for SC Clearance

The Role:

Join a 100+ employee scale-up digital transformation consultancy as a Senior Consultant - Business Analyst.

This role is a blend of remote working, office-based collaboration in Bristol, and regular visits to client site in Germany

Travel to Germany will very regular - likely 1 week on (Mon-Fri) then back in the UK for 2 weeks and repeat.

This role is focused on delivering complex technology change for a Defence Client.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate successful delivery of a software implementation, ensuring solutions are accepted and adopted by users. Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted delivery partner throughout the engagement. Manage subcontractor performance and delivery risk across a multi-vendor environment. Define scope, objectives, and deliverables, and lead large delivery teams to meet timelines and quality expectations. Understand client challenges, co-create effective solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly. Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive engagement, strong governance, and timely milestone delivery.

Experience & Skills Required:

Defence experience with current SC Clearance or eligibility for SC Clearance Experience delivering technology implementations with understanding of software architecture Excellent client facing skills Experience with resource management and leading matrixed teams. Experience creating deliverables and milestones. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
