The Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional

Lead & Quotation Advisor

to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, building relationships, and helping homeowners and investors bring their renovation plans to life.

You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, guiding clients through the quoting process and ensuring every lead is followed up effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Contacting and following up with new leads in a timely manner Attending client appointments and site visits Preparing and sending out quotations for works Following up with clients to progress quotes to conversion Building strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, and investors Maintaining accurate records of leads, quotes, and client communications in our CRM Supporting the project management team

Skills & Experience

Strong communication and people skills - confident on the phone and face-to-face Previous experience in sales, quotations, or customer service preferred Organised and able to manage multiple leads at different stages Confident using technology/CRM systems (training provided) A proactive and results-driven mindset Full UK driving licence required (for attending appointments)
