35,000 per year (with on-target earnings of 41,000 to 42,000 per year)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Retrofit Assessor to join our team. This is a strictly office-based role where you will be responsible for overseeing our retrofit team. Your primary duties will include ensuring that all team members are fulfilling their responsibilities effectively and providing support where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the retrofit team to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Provide guidance and support to team members as required. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the retrofit team. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Retrofit Assessor or in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
