About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Lead Salesforce Developer

for a hands-on leadership role within a fast-growing, innovative financial services environment. You will take ownership of the Salesforce platform, leading a small, talented team and driving technical excellence across the business.

What You'll Do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored functionality Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals (Administrators, Analysts, and Developers) Ensure data integrity, oversee integrations, and manage complex data models Control sandbox environments, deployments, and release cycles Provide technical leadership and promote continuous improvement Drive innovation to support business growth and client engagement

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including leading projects or teams Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, APIs, and integration tools Proven ability to design scalable Salesforce architecture and manage complex orgs Experience with sandbox environments, deployments, and release management Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of up to 5 people Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience in Financial Services is a plus, but not essential
