Security Systems Division

-- and we need an experienced Security Engineer to take the lead in this area of the business.

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled

Security Engineer

to manage, develop, and drive forward our security services. The successful candidate will take a technical lead in shaping this part of the business, working closely with our management team to deliver and grow our offering.

You will be responsible for:

Installing, maintaining, and fault-finding on security systems, including:

Intruder alarms

Access control systems

(Paxton and similar)

CCTV systems

Other integrated security solutions Leading security projects from start to finish Managing and mentoring junior engineers (as the team grows) Advising on best practices, compliance, and innovation in the security industry Helping to establish TSW as a trusted provider in this specialist area

What We're Looking For

Proven experience

(5+ years) as a Security Engineer, with strong technical expertise across intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems Strong fault-finding, installation, and commissioning skills Ambition to take ownership and drive forward a new business division Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage projects independently A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a professional approach with clients Full UK driving licence
