About the Role

We are seeking a

Lead Service Engineer

to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead service operations, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You'll be the go-to expert for complex issues and play a key role in training and supporting junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate service activities. Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing and heating faults. Install, maintain, and upgrade systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to peers Liaise with our customers to deliver excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in both

electrical

and

plumbing

engineering. Electrical, 18th edition preferred Electrical Test and inspection Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent). City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (2391-52) Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Full UK driving licence. Being able to work alone and with a team Having high attention to details. Being able to use a wide range of tools. Being physically fit. Having good communication skills. Being able to follow technical instructions
