Lead Shops Volunteer
- helping manage our shops when the Shop Manager is away. This rewarding role requires a minimum commitment of just two Sundays per month.

As a
Lead Shops Volunteer
, you'll play a key part in keeping our shops running smoothly. Your leadership and organisational skills will make a real difference, ensuring that customers continue to receive the warm, welcoming experience our shops are known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing shop operations in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager
Opening and closing the shop
Reconciling the till at the end of the day
Handling customer queries, including refunds and exchanges
Supporting and motivating fellow volunteers
What we're looking for:
You must be aged 18 or over
DBS clearance (which we will provide)
Strong communication skills
A friendly, proactive, and approachable nature
Training & Support:
You'll receive full training tailored to your role
Ongoing guidance and support from your line manager
