Clearsol is a rapidly growing specialist Operations & Maintenance provider for commercial and industrial Solar PV systems. We are looking for an experienced and diligent

Project Manager

who can head up our electrical department and develop the team as the business grows. This role would suit an ambitious individual who is excited by the opportunity of growing with a new business and embracing the opportunities that it offers.

The role will be split between work on site - conducting maintenance inspections and remedial work to solar PV systems, and time in the office spent planning electrical work, sourcing parts and planning/scheduling works for our team.

Responsibilities

Project manage ongoing contracts including one off works and managing our contracted sites

Conduct maintenance inspections and remedial work on site

Conduct site visits with clients

Assist with manging our growing electrical team

Plan and design solutions for remedial work

Requirements:

City and Guilds 2382 18th edition Electrical installation engineering

City and Guilds 2391 certificate in inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations

CSCS card

Current drivers licence

Must be comfortable working at height, using MEWPs and mansafe systems (Mansafe/IPAF training can be arranged)

Must be willing to travel and be accommodated away from home

Must have previous solar PV experience - install or maintenance

Be able to act as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS)

Desirable / relevant but not essential

Knowledge of MCS rules

First Aid at Work

Experience with data networks (RS485/MODBUS)

IPAF Licence
