Marine Regulatory Policy and Approach Team/ Evidence Policy and Permitting

Location: Flexible

Salary: \xc2\xa341,150 rising to \xc2\xa346,147 per annum through annual increments being paid each year. (Pro rata for part time applicants).

Contract Type: Fixed Term appointment until 30/09/2025 with the possibility of extension

Work Pattern: Full Time, 37 hours per week
(Part Time, Annualised Hours, Compressed Hours or Term Time Working considered - discussions at interview stage welcome)

As Natural Resources Wales s (NRWs) Lead Specialist Advisor, Process Analysis and Fees Review, you will lead on a review of marine licensing fees. Using data and evidence you will contribute to the setting of fees and charges and ensure that the way we work is as efficient as possible.You will identify where we can make improvements to our process and work with the wider team to put these improvements into action.

You will likely have experience of working with charging regimes, strong analytical skills, delivering continuous improvement and managing successful programmes.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic professional to be part of a Wales wide team of regulatory experts.
