Part-time coaching role working with children aged 1-8 years old. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sport and inspiring young children. Must be available to work on Saturday mornings, weekday availability as we expand is desired but not essential.

Mini Athletics Exeter and Taunton is hiring a Lead Coach to join their team. This is an incredible part-time opportunity for anyone who loves working with children and is looking to develop a career in coaching.

Responsibilities:

-Welcome and engage participants with enthusiasm and energy
-Inspire and motivate children during their Mini Athletics sessions
-Deliver fun and structured lessons using equipment provided
-Handle any other necessary duties

We are seeking:

-Passionate individuals who love inspiring young children
-Confident, enthusiastic, reliable, and organized people
-Coaching qualification and experience preferred, but not required (full training provided)

Requirements:

-Enhanced DBS check
-Paediatric first aid certificate
-Child safeguarding certificate
-A UK driving license and access to a car (Lead Coach)

There is potential to increase hours very quickly as the business is expanding, including Birthday Parties, Nursery sessions and After-School clubs. The lead role does involve supervising and being solely in charge of children and young people.

Lead Coach: 13-15.00 per hour plus bonus
