This role is highly strategic, technical and consultative. You will bring deep experience across all HubSpot hubs, CRM implementations, automation design, sales process optimisation, data modelling, and go-to-market alignment. This is a senior role that requires critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and confidently.

What you'll do

Own the strategic direction for all RevOps and HubSpot implementation projects. Run end-to-end discovery, including surveys, stakeholder interviews, data audits and systems assessments. Lead strategic workshops with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity of objectives, and defined success metrics. Develop comprehensive strategies spanning CRM architecture, process design, automation, data flows, reporting frameworks and enablement. Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and sprint plans. Support Delivery teams by providing strategic clarity and technical direction throughout delivery. Ensure the client understands why actions are being taken and how they contribute to overall revenue and operational performance. Participate in monthly health checks and QBRs to guide ongoing optimisation. Ensure best-practice adoption of HubSpot and other RevOps tools across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops, CMS). Ensure scopes align with required outcomes, data needs, and strategic goals. Lead strategic thinking within the business and help elevate the team's understanding of HubSpot, RevOps frameworks, data literacy and AI-powered solutions. Provide mentorship and internal training for peers and junior team members. Contribute to playbooks, models, and processes that strengthen our strategic offering.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital transformation roles. Proven expertise in delivering end-to-end CRM or RevOps projects. Extensive experience designing, configuring, and optimising all HubSpot hubs with experience of working on Enterprise clients. Experience designing data flows, integrations, and governance models. Methodical, commercially minded, and able to drive meaningful change. Ability to interpret and audit datasets, define data requirements, and create reporting frameworks. Comfortable working with data structures, quality issues, and measurement models. Confident leading workshops with senior stakeholders, including C-suite. Understanding of how AI can streamline RevOps, CRM processes, content workflows and reporting. Ability to identify where automation and AI tools can enhance client performance. Natural leader with a commitment to elevating team capability.
