Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen on the British Association of Dermatologists Biologics and Immunomodulators Register (BADBIR; www.badbir.org) for a Lead Study Coordinator. BADBIR is a long-term pharmacovigilance register of psoriasis patients receiving biologic or conventional systemic therapies. Established in 2007 BADBIR has over 23,000 registrations from 165+ hospital sites and is the world's largest such registry project for psoriasis.


Part of BADBIR's management team, the role of Lead Study Coordinator is focused on delivery of all aspects of project operations (Research Governance, Data Processing, Pharmacovigilance, Quality & Monitoring, Software Development and Research & Data Management). The post holder will have direct management responsibility of the Data Processing team within BADBIR. They will work closely alongside the BADBIR Programme Manager and be able to deputise when required.


The post will be based on Manchester Science Park, a short distance from the main University campus with Hybrid Working possible. This is a fixed term contract to 31/07/2026 in line with current project funding. BADBIR has ethical approval to July 2028 in the first instance.
