Starplan manufacture bespoke fitted furniture in their factory, have their own warehouses, their own retail showrooms and own 90% of their properties, giving the advantage to deliver the best prices to our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic and positive lead takers to join our store, with the right candidate progressing within our sales environment.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Taker to join our team. As a Lead Taker, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and assisting with the smooth operation of our store. This is a key role that requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Duties

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner Register all customer contacts on our CRM Generate customer finance forms Assist customers on furniture options Open/Close showroom Maintain high showroom standards

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
