Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent at all levels
Source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to, job boards, social media, networking events and university open days
Manage the full candidate lifecycle--from initial contact through to offer negotiation--ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
Work collaboratively with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure hiring outcomes align with organisational goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in line with regulation and Company requirements

Essential Skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong verbal and written English communication
Additional Skills
Industry experience is strongly preferred but not essential.
Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision.
Experience with pre-employment screening including DBS checks
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database
Strong data-driven mindset--comfortable using metrics to refine and improve recruiting strategies
Education & Experience
4-5 years' hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
