Trident Alternative Provision is a SEN school based in the Solihull, providing education to students with diverse needs and backgrounds. We are currently seeking a full-time Lead Teacher/SENCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator) to join our dedicated team on a Fixed Term contract basis.

Position: Lead Teacher/ SENCo
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Minimum Qualification: Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
Minimum Experience: 1 year

Skills and Qualifications:Hold QTS qualification Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably with special educational needs students Strong understanding of SEND practices and legislation Ability to lead a team effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
